It is now possible to apply for funding for exchanges between the three universities that form eSSENCE: Lund, Umeå, and Uppsala. 

Conditions

The grant can be used to cover travel and accommodation costs up to SEK 20,000. In addition, indirect costs (OH) can be covered by up to an additional 25%. No compensation can be received for salary-related costs such as per diem.

After the exchange, feedback will be requested in the form of a brief interview and a photo that may be used on eSSENCE’s website.

How to apply

Please summarise the purpose and goals of your visit on one A4 page. Include a brief budget covering both direct and indirect (OH) costs, as well as any co-funding. Also, specify the desired time frame for the visit, who will be attending, and who will be visited. Longer stays, around 1 to 2 weeks, are prioritised.
