About LU-Fold:

I am Dr. Bhanu Chouhan, a research engineer at LU-Fold which is a new Lund University-based facility for helping researchers predict protein structures of interest using the cutting-edge method AlphaFold2. LU-Fold specialises in high-throughput prediction of protein complexes to predict novel protein-protein interactions. We also offer tutorials, workshops and online guides to help others make their own predictions, visualise results and make publication-quality structures.

About Bhanu:

I have done my Ph.D. from Åbo Akademi University, Finland with Dr. Mark S. Johnson (now retired). Subsequently, I did my first Post-Doc at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, Japan with Dr. Paola Laurino and my second Post-Doc at Umeå University, Sweden with Dr. Gemma Atkinson. Now I joined as a research engineer at LU-Fold with Dr. Gemma Atkinson, Dr. Ingemar André and Dr. Mats Ohlin supervising the facility.
